Christopher M. Lee, Ph.D., is a globally recognized leader in digital accessibility, assistive technology, and ethical AI. An author, researcher, entrepreneur, and advocate, he published his first book on cognitive disabilities at age 22 and has spent his career advancing inclusive innovation at scale.

In 2006, Dr. Lee founded North America's largest higher-education accommodation and accessibility research center, transforming access to education for thousands of students nationwide. He has led federally funded research initiatives, including projects supported through the Obama Administration's First in the World program, and has served as principal investigator on multiple groundbreaking efforts.

Dr. Lee is best known for helping elevate accessibility from a compliance obligation to a strategic driver of innovation, workforce development, and social impact. His leadership has influenced academia, government, and industry—expanding access to educational content, directing statewide assistive technology programs, and advancing a global professional community in over 130 countries.
