Francesca Cesa Bianchi

Francesca Cesa Bianchi, is a seasoned professional in advocating for inclusion, working across borders and intercultural awareness, outreach, and cultivation of diverse stakeholders, strategic partnerships, PR, and communications. She is a member of G3ict’s founding team; she served as G3ict’s Incorporator and, since its inception, Secretary of its Board. As VP of Institutional Relations and Advocacy, she oversees G3ict’s relations with international organizations, advocacy organizations, governments, and academia. She also directs the agenda of the M-Enabling Summit, G3ict’s annual conference and showcase promoting digital inclusion and accessibility innovations.
