Susan Mazrui is Director of Global Public Policy at AT&T Services, Inc., where she has advanced accessibility and inclusion in communications technology for more than three decades.
She launched Cingular Wireless’s accessibility task force, contributed to AT&T’s Corporate Accessibility Technology Office, and designed AT&T’s Accessibility and Inclusion Program for deaf and disabled employees and their families. Her work today focuses on the impact of AI on disability and aging, engagement with the disability community, and telecommunications policy.
Her work has earned recognition from G3ict, the American Foundation for the Blind, TDI, Careers and the disABLED, and the Spinal Cord Injury Hall of Fame. She has served on multiple Federal Advisory Committees and currently sits on the boards of the World Institute on Disability and G3ict.
Outside work, she enjoys dragon boating, trivia games, and cozy mysteries.
